Overnight Encampments Registration

Before filling out this form, please make sure you have spoken with Camp Flintlock Staff and agreed on an available date. Use the Overnight Encampment Date Request Form to request your date.

Overnight encampments are not the same as the Camp Flintlock residential summer camps. Encampments occur year-round, take place over one or two nights at the Camp Flintlock campsite, and are private events for groups of twenty or more. Encampments are often booked by home-school groups, scout troops, or groups of friends who just want to get away from it all, 18th-century-style!

We understand that you may not know yet exactly how many participants you will have, but we do need to know certain information in advance in order to have clothing and accommodations ready for everyone. We will need that information about 2-3 weeks before your encampment. A form for collecting this information can be found on our Overnight Encampments page.

Organization Name

Please give the name of the group that will be attending the Overnight Encampment. (eg Scout Troop 123)

Estimated Number of Paid Participants

A minimum of twenty paid participants is required. Children under five years of age may attend for free.

Approximate Age Range

Select all that apply. Some activities may not be suitable for small children. Please contact Camp Flintlock if you plan to bring any children under the age of five.
